8 days & totally off with food! 

Eight whole days into the new year and I’ve been on a solid four days at the gym with one recovery session. This is just a mini post. I need help… what’s the best pre workout and post workout meals? Hope some of you guys can give me a few tips. Thanks in advance.

  1. Hey, it kind of depends on your workout routine for the day, but if it’s cardio based, I always eat some sort of fruit (like banana) for the extra sugar energy I’ll need and a small amount of carbs to keep me going. I usually do peanut butter crackers or oats 🙂 Hope it helps for pre-workout.
    Post workout, you’ll need something to help your body recover quickly. I usually drink a protein smoothie and then eat a full meal afterwards.
