Let’s do this…

My 12 fitness goals for 2017
1. Get fitter and healthier

2. Keep up blogging about my fitness

3. Be able to do one pull up by summer 

4. Go to tough mudder

5. Get back into swimming 

6. Plank for 3 minutes 

7. Read more about fitness 

8. Get to at least 150kg lifting anymore is a bonus. 

9. Learn better techniques 

10. To go to the gym at least 4 times a week

11. Be able to do 15 push ups (can’t even do one yet) 

12. Love every minute of it

What are your 2017 goals, please share them with me in case I need to double this list. I’m sure I’ll end up adding to it.

Oh hey!

The introduction post; it’s an unwritten law that we write these, or even a brief explanation of what this is all about. 
New year, new blog oh and new me… blah blah blah. Yeah, we’ve heard it all before, I hear those whispers, this isn’t a new me though. I’ve been on my journey since 1st November 2016, it’s almost been two months and now I’ve decided to blog about my highs and lows, my achievements and failures. I’m going to show you what it is like to be 260lbs and to start a fitness journey, it’s been so hard but totally worth it, I’m currently 248lbs with a loss of 12lbs, not a lot but I am well on my way to becoming so much healthier. 

I’ll be blogging about fitness, health, gym & life

 I’m excited for blogging my journey and recording every step of the way. So let’s say goodbye to 2016
